  Functions of Unit of Quality Control and Follow-up  
     

1.    Qualification for international accreditation.

2.    Continuous updating of quality systems in the Center.

3.    Follow up of operation flow chart and checking measures and moduli to ascertain work flow according to the quality requirements.

4.    Training of Center employees on quality directions and measures of their application, and enhancement of efficiency and effectiveness of Center business.

5.    Putting down a strategic plan for the Center, with continuous updating in accordance with the University strategic plan.

6.    Receiving, studying and recommending suggestions and initiatives.

7.    Preparation of periodic and annual reports for the quality monitoring unit.

8.    Effectuation of all other tasks due to the department through the Center administration.

9.    Collaboration in unifying all efforts of University sectors to confront emergencies and disasters.

10.  Collaboration in confronting emergencies and disasters facing the University.

11.  Recourse to specialists from inside and/or outside the University to implement all jobs related to quality and follow-up.
